MeasureKiller close-before-update note

For managed Measure Killer updates, close Measure Killer before invoking the installer. If the Power BI helper is left open, the update can fail with exit code 5; pre-close the application or notify users before retrying the deployment. Official source: MeasureKiller vendor documentation.
