MediaDownloader Inno Setup deployment note

For managed Media Downloader deployments, the Windows package is an Inno Setup EXE from the project GitHub releases, installs machine-wide, elevates itself, and defaults to %ProgramFiles%\Media Downloader. Apps & Features detection can use the Inno product code {6DD595EF-ECA2-481B-B008-CB7302603A0D}_is1; current Windows packaging uses the 32-bit Qt5 setup executable MediaDownloaderQt5-.setup.exe.
