For silent MongoDB Server MSI deployment, run the signed Windows MSI with logging and explicit properties, for example msiexec /i mongodb-windows-x86_64--signed.msi /qn /l*v install.log INSTALLLOCATION="C:MongoDBServer" SHOULD_INSTALL_COMPASS="0" ADDLOCAL="ServerService". SHOULD_INSTALL_COMPASS="0" avoids installing Compass with the server package, while ADDLOCAL="ServerService" installs the Windows service component for managed startup.
