For managed MySQL Workbench deployments, stage the Microsoft Visual C++ v14 Redistributable x64 runtime before installing or updating MySQL Workbench on clean Windows images. Keep the VC++ runtime as a separate prerequisite in deployment detection so Workbench setup is not depending on a runtime that happens to be present from another application.
