NAPS2 prerequisite and close-before-update note
For managed NAPS2 updates, close NAPS2 before launching the installer. Updates can fail with Exit Code 5 while the application is open, so include a pre-close step and verify the process has exited before retrying.

For managed NAPS2 deployments, install the x64 Microsoft Visual C++ v14 Redistributable before NAPS2 on clean machines.
