NetBeans – Command-line note
To silently install Apache NetBeans IDE 21 on Windows, first run Apache-NetBeans-21-bin-windows-x64.exe --record state.xml interactively to generate a configuration file capturing your preferred settings, then deploy at scale with Apache-NetBeans-21-bin-windows-x64.exe --silent --state state.xml (requires JDK 8+ pre-installed).
