NetSpeedTray deployment note
The current WinGet package uses a machine-scope Inno Setup installer that elevates itself and installs to %ProgramFiles%NetSpeedTray. Detection can use the Inno ProductCode {D3A32B89-C533-4F2C-9F87-23B2395B5B89}}_is1/Apps & Features entry from the manifest; the official installer source is the project GitHub release asset NetSpeedTray--x64-Setup.exe.
