NETworkManager

For managed NETworkManager updates, close the running application before starting the installer. The x64 EXE package can return Exit Code 5 and the x64 MSI package can return Exit Code 1618 when NETworkManager is open, so deployment tools should detect or close NETworkManager.exe before retrying.

Both x64 package types also need the Microsoft .NET Desktop Runtime 8 x64 available before install or upgrade.
