Meinberg NTP package provides a GUI setup program for Windows that installs the NTP service compiled from the original public NTP source code. It supports IPv4 and IPv6, includes OpenSSL libcrypto DLL for authentication, and can be used with Meinberg radio clocks to discipline system time.
