Octopus Server silent install and instance bootstrap note

Octopus Server deployments can separate the MSI file copy from instance configuration. For silent install, the official automation docs use msiexec /i Octopus.<version>.msi /quiet RUNMANAGERONEXIT=no; add INSTALLLOCATION="<install path>" when the server files should live outside the default Program Files location.

Do not treat the MSI as the whole server bootstrap. Octopus documents follow-up Octopus.Server.exe commands such as create-instance, database --create, configure, admin, license, and service --install --reconfigure --start --dependOn "MSSQLSERVER" to create the instance, bind the database/listeners, seed the admin/license, and install/start the Windows service.
