OnSIP close-before-update note
For managed OnSIP desktop-client updates, close OnSIP before starting the installer. The Windows EXE x64 and per-user x64 packages can return Exit Code 2 if the app is open during update, so deployment tools should close or notify for the running process and retry instead of treating the first failure as a bad installer.
