OpenedFilesView is a compact utility for Windows that lists every file currently open by the system or its processes. It provides detailed information such as handle value, read/write/delete access, file position, and the process that opened the file. It allows closing open files or terminating processes that opened them. Compatible with Windows 7 through Windows 11 in both 32-bit and 64-bit editions.
