OpenRefine managed update/source note

Close OpenRefine before running managed Windows updates. The Windows EXE x86 and user-context x86 packages can return Exit Code 1618 when OpenRefine is still open during the update, so deployment tools should use conflicting-process handling or prompt users to exit OpenRefine before retrying.

Use the official OpenRefine sources for packaging: OpenRefine downloads and the OpenRefine GitHub releases page.

Official source: OpenRefine downloads.

Close OpenRefine before applying managed EXE or user-scope updates. If openrefine.exe is running, updates can return 1618; a pre-close step is safer than retrying while the local OpenRefine process is still active.
