Packet Sender is an open source utility to allow sending and receiving TCP, UDP, SSL, and DTLS packets on user-specified ports. It supports HTTP(S) GET/POST requests, panel generation for control systems, and intense traffic generation. It is cross-platform and licensed under GPL v2.
