Pepys is a journaling application that utilises markdown for writing and storing journal entries. It supports multiple export formats including HTML, PDF, LaTeX, Microsoft Word, and EPUB. Entries are stored as plain text files in a YYYY/MM folder structure with a YYYY-MM-DD.md filename format.
