Phoenix Code WebView2 prerequisite note
For managed Phoenix Code deployments on Windows, pre-stage Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime before installing the user-scoped Phoenix Code package. Model WebView2 as a prerequisite/dependency in the deployment tool rather than waiting for first launch, so WebView2 absence is separated from Phoenix Code install detection and update status.
