Poppler is a free and open-source PDF rendering library based on the xpdf-3.0 code base, commonly used on Linux and Windows systems. It provides utilities for PDF manipulation and rendering and is maintained by freedesktop.org. The Windows version by oschwartz10612 provides precompiled binaries.
