pstoedit is a free utility that converts PostScript and PDF files to various vector formats such as WMF/EMF, PDF, DXF, CGM, HTML, and others. It uses Ghostscript to preprocess files and supports plugins for extended format support. Developed and maintained by Wolfgang Glunz.
