Silent install tip

For scripted Windows deployments of QPDF using the qpdf--mingw64.exe installer, you can run a fully silent install and control the target directory with a command such as: qpdf-12.3.2-mingw64.exe /S /D=C:ToolsQPDF (note the uppercase /S and /D and that /D must be the last argument).
