For managed Recast packaging, use Recast Software’s official free-tool download page as the source of record instead of copying an old installer URL from another package. The vendor page is the safer place to confirm the current tool download and any form/download-gate behavior before staging content.
If the download flow requires a form submission or account-specific link, stage the exact Recast installer you retrieved in your local content repository and keep the package detection tied to that installer version. This avoids silent drift between a cached installer and the current vendor download.
