Service Fabric SDK runtime prerequisite note
For managed Microsoft Azure Service Fabric SDK deployments, install the matching Azure Service Fabric runtime before the SDK package. Model the runtime as a prerequisite so developer machines have the cluster/runtime components available before SDK setup or remediation runs.
