SmartSystemMenu is distributed as a portable archive rather than a documented MSI, so there are no verified installer properties, transforms, or silent-install switches to standardize in enterprise deployment. For scale-out use, extract the vendor package to a fixed path and launch SmartSystemMenu.exe once per user context; it can also be started with --nogui for headless operation, and the project documents CLI actions such as --title, -a, -p, and --alwaysontop for scripted window management.
