Silent install tip
For the Comcast Business VoiceEdge Softphone, extract SOFTPHONE.MSI from the setup EXE’s temporary folder (%TEMP%) after running it once, then deploy silently with msiexec /i SOFTPHONE.MSI /qn via enterprise tools like KACE, scheduling for logoff or startup to avoid prompts requiring closure of apps like Outlook or Chrome.
