TortoiseGit Visual C++ prerequisite note

TortoiseGit Windows deployments should have the matching Microsoft Visual C++ v14 Redistributable installed before the MSI runs. Use x64 Visual C++ for x64 TortoiseGit packages and x86 Visual C++ for x86 packages so install/update detection is not blocked by a missing runtime.

Use the official TortoiseGit download page as the package source, stage the Visual C++ runtime as a managed dependency, and verify the Add/Remove Programs entry after installation or update.
