For silent Windows deployment of Typora, source the installer from the official Typora Windows download page. The vendor-provided Inno Setup installer accepts silent switches such as typora-setup-x64.exe /VERYSILENT /NORESTART /LOG="%WINDIR%\Temp\Typora-Install.log" for 64-bit systems; use the 32-bit setup executable when targeting 32-bit Windows. If you need a desktop shortcut, add /MERGETASKS=desktopicon. If you need a non-default install directory, pass an explicit Inno Setup directory value such as /DIR="C:\Program Files\Typora".

Close Typora before managed Windows updates for the EXE, 32-bit EXE, and per-user package variants. The installer can return Exit Code 5 when the editor is open, so Intune, ConfigMgr, RMM, or wrapper scripts should prompt/close Typora.exe before retrying and should verify the installed binary afterward rather than treating a running-app failure as a detection problem.
