Vibe Visual C++ runtime prerequisite note

For managed Vibe Windows deployments, pre-stage the current Microsoft Visual C++ v14 Redistributable before installing the user-scope x64 package. Model the redistributable as a package dependency on clean endpoints so install failures are not mistaken for a Vibe version problem.

Use the official Vibe GitHub project as the application source and Microsoft’s supported Visual C++ Redistributable page for the runtime source: Vibe project and latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads.
