Vivaldi uninstall exit-code note
When uninstalling Vivaldi in managed deployment tools, treat Exit Code 19 as a known post-uninstall reporting quirk: the uninstall can complete successfully even though the process reports 19. Re-run detection after the uninstall attempt before marking the removal as failed.
