Xbench manual-download packaging note
ApSIC Xbench requires manual source handling for managed deployments, so treat the vendor installer as local-repository content instead of assuming a packaging tool can fetch it automatically. Use the official Xbench download page as the source of record and retain the exact installer version used for each managed package.
For Intune or ConfigMgr packaging, keep the downloaded Xbench installer in your approved content repository and document the source URL, architecture, and build. That makes later ARP/version mismatches easier to troubleshoot and avoids replacing a licensed/manual-download package with an unverified mirror.
For ApSIC Xbench packaging, source the Windows installer from the official Xbench download page rather than depending on a stable unauthenticated direct binary URL. Keep the downloaded installer in managed content and refresh it when the vendor page changes.

For ApSIC Xbench packaging, use the official Xbench download page as the installer source and verify the intended edition/build before staging content. Refresh cached Xbench installers from that vendor page when preparing updates.
