Zeal Windows MSI prerequisite and source note

For managed Windows installs, use the official Zeal Windows 64-bit MSI from the project download page. Zeal also calls out the Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable for Windows installs; in enterprise packaging, preinstall or declare the Microsoft Visual C++ v14 Redistributable x64 dependency before deploying the MSI so first-run or install-time failures do not depend on a user-context package manager step.

A practical deployment order is: install Microsoft vc_redist.x64.exe for the latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable, then install the Zeal MSI silently with normal Windows Installer logging, for example msiexec.exe /i Zeal.msi /qn /L*v "%WINDIR%\Temp\Zeal-Install.log". Use your actual MSI filename/version in the command and keep the redistributable as a separate prerequisite in Intune or ConfigMgr detection logic.

Official references: the Zeal download page for the Windows MSI and prerequisite note, and Microsoft’s latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable page for vc_redist.x64.exe.
