STREAM IT

The main objective of ST(R)E(A)M IT is to initiate change in persisting gender inequalities in STEM education, research, and innovation in order to contribute to the "The European Manifesto for gender-inclusive STE(A)M education and careers."

The project consortium is composed of 21 partners across Europe. The ADDSEN role is to connect Slovakia to the project activities, create specific tools for up-skilling participants in innovation management / business thinking and to create partnerships.

HER FUND

HER FUND ambition was to foster knowledge-sharing and synergies between innovation actors, and initiatives/projects to support the next generation of startups, with focus on women-led companies and gender-conscious investors.

The project consists of 10 members from both advanced ecosystems and less advanced innovation ecosystems in Europe. The ADDSEN role is to disseminate identified best practice in Slovakia, enhance capabilities of potential women-led startups and contribute to up-scaling these activities in CEE.

BridgeTTe

The BridgeTTe project addresses key gaps in the European innovation landscape, especially the disconnect between academia and industry. These gaps limit collaboration and prevent the full use of each sector's potential.

BridgeTTe combines talent scouting powered by advanced AI tools, university-based prototyping, market validation, and capacity-building. It promotes collaboration through joint activities with business experts, industry clusters, and top innovation hubs.

A core focus is on empowering sciencepreneurs, especially women, to turn academic research into deep-tech start-ups and spin-offs. Through strategic academia-business networks, BridgeTTe nurtures the next generation of innovation leaders.

Its ecosystem-building methodology will be shared across the EU, serving as a model for emerging innovation regions, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe.

SCALE'HER

SCALE'HER provides support services for women-led startups/scaleups with product-market fit. Through innovative cross-border activities like blind audition competitions, and an individually tailored acceleration programme, it fosters connections between startups and ecosystems including matchmaking with investors and business opportunities.

The project also includes initiatives such as "Mission innovation" to strengthen the connection within and between the stakeholders and ecosystems in Europe, or the "Women Entrepreneur Roadshow" to showcase startups to investors, expanding their presence in key areas like AI and cybersecurity.

Ultimately, SCALE'HER will foster the growth of women-led scale-ups, promote diversity, and advance strategic digital technologies across Europe while creating solid bridges between European innovation ecosystems in Europe.

FreeTwinEV

FreeTwinEV project creates a robust partnership among Slovak University of Technology (SK) and three more advanced institutions: including the University of Twente (NL), Linz Centre of Mechatronics (AT), and ADDSEN (SK). Together, they aim to foster international collaboration and knowledge exchange that will bolster STU's capabilities and establish it as a nucleus for battery research.

TwinMatch

The management of scientific activities and research faces key challenges, particularly insufficient international outreach and inefficient use of research data. TwinMatch addresses these gaps by promoting best practices, global collaboration, and innovative data-driven solutions.
