Aida Youth Center was founded in 1968 to safeguard the refugee community and address its urgent needs, with a focus on children and youth. In addition to our programs, we organize shorter projects, depending on needs and available funds.
We currently support 110 children (6-11 years) who need extra help in school.
We run a vibrant Football Academy for boys and girls, as well as young men – 150 members in total.
Organizes workshops and longer-term projects in visual and performing arts : comics, filmmaking, photography and music.
We continue to advocate for durable, long-term solutions for residents of Aida Camp and all other Palestinians.
We help provide financial support to patients who require lifesaving treatment they cannot afford.
We play a central role in community mediation and nurtures relationships between Aida Camp’s residents.
