I think it's Hyperbole and a Half that discusses the Email Avoidance Disease, where when your inbox reaches a certain number of emails awaiting reply, you just run whimpering in the opposite direction whenever you get a new email, and so that one reply that will only take 30 seconds goes from being 2 days late to being 2 weeks late? Because somehow in your mind, that person has forgotten about wanting a reply, and if you reply so late you're only reminding them of your own personal failure?
Yeah. That's where I'm at right now. /o\ There's no reason for it! There are no bad emails in my inbox, only good emails from lovely people! And my school, but w/e. So I am trying to claw my way out of this hole, starting with Ashes stuff. *determined face*

In other news, Ladyfriend and I are watching Avatar: The Last Airbender, and are going to have to dress up our dog Pookie as Appa for Halloween. The two of us are going as Amy and Eleven (we have two other geeky friend-couples who are being Rose and Nine and Martha and Ten), and our other dog is probably going to be some kind of food, but dudes. Pookie is SO Appa, only the size of a small poodle. It's adorable.
I am also digging on the show's recurring themes of ladies being awesome, blind ladies being awesome, ladies who wear dresses and makeup being awesome, and teenagers being failboats.
( spoilerish through Day of Black Sun, but pretty vague )Huh. I guess I had more thoughts than I realized.
