TERMS OF SERVICE
_{REGARDING IN PERSON COMMISSIONS}

By commissioning me and/or purchasing my services, you are automatically agreeing to the terms and conditions contained herein. Please read thoroughly.I will not accept commissions from minors (persons under the age of 18.) No exceptions.Violation of these Terms of Service may result in the following:
- Termination of any and/or all active commission project(s) without refund.
- Relinquished rights to any and/or all artworks covered under these terms
- Denial of future inquiry or use of my services.
- Legal repercussions.LIMITATIONS ON SERVICES OFFERED
- I reserve the right to deny any commission request for any reason.
- I will not accept commissions from minors (persons under the age of 18). No exceptions.
- Requests for NSFW content will be denied. (This includes, but is not limited to, sexual and/or explicit themes, extreme gore, etc.)
- I will not draw copyrighted characters without official written permission from the creator or current legal owner of the copyright, if no longer held by the original creator. Please do not request fanart of any type without proper documentation.
- Requests deemed discriminatory, unethical, or otherwise inappropriate or harmful will be denied.
- Reference photos/images provided by the client must be of the best quality available, well lit and without significant obstruction such as graininess or blurred. Not providing quality references may heavily impact the success of the project as far as recognizability of the subjects within.PAYMENT
- I accept currency in USD only.
- Payment is required to be paid in full upfront. No work will begin on your commission until full payment has been received.CLIENT RESTRICTIONS
- Uploading my artwork to AI generators is strictly forbidden.
- NFT usage is strictly forbidden.
- Commercial use without license is strictly prohibited, including, but not limited to, resale or printing of the image for profit and/or personal gain.
- Usage of my artwork in monetized content without proper commercial-use license is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, using the image in a Youtube video with monetization turned on.
- Alterations to the artwork are prohibited. Exceptions are as follows: Minimal cropping and/or resizing the artwork for display requirements on social media or similar digital or physical needs is allowed. Adjustments made must leave the artwork full enough to remain completely identifiable, without loss of any major element or removal of Artist signature, credit or otherwise identifying rights notice.
- Removing my signature is strictly prohibited.REFUND POLICY
- Refunds are generally not accepted and reserved only for rare/extreme circumstances. Upon any termination or cancellation of a commission work, I shall retain ownership of all rights of copyright and the original artwork, including but not limited to completed artwork, sketches, and comps.
- Cancellations by the client are not entitled to refunds.
- Violation of the Terms of Service will result in zero refund. No exceptions.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
I retain all rights to the artwork created for, during and upon completion of the commission project. These rights include, but are not limited to, the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion. These and other related rights are protected by the Federal Copyright Act of 1976 and the Federal Visual Rights Act of 1990. These rights are fully retained and reserved by and for the artist. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of these properties is in violation of U.S. copyright law.DIGITAL PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
All of my commission sales are for digital artwork. Nothing is ever intended by me or the Client to be physically shipped. I am not required to ever ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed and documented.Last updated 2/9/2026
