We are looking for a skilled Web Developer with a strong full-stack background to join our team in Trieste. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our web platforms, from designing intuitive user interfaces to building robust server-side logic. You will work in a fast-paced environment as the primary point of contact for internal development requests, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital presence and internal tools are scalable, secure, and high-performing. Throughout your onboarding, you will be supported by our technical team to help you integrate into our workflow and become a key contributor.

This role begins as a fixed-term contract (6 months) with strong prospects for permanent hire. A valid Italian work permit is required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain modern web platforms, websites, and back-office systems across both front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Collaborate across teams to refine requirements and deliver robust, scalable solutions
  • Write clean and efficient code following modern best practices and industry standards, adding automated tests when needed.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Contribute to technical specifications, internal documentation, and the definition of coding standards.

 

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 3 years of full-stack development experience, specifically with PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Technical Stack: Solid experience with WCM (WordPress, Drupal or similar) systems.
    • Strong understanding of relational databases.
    • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Tailwind.
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authentication standards.

We are looking for a skilled Mid–Senior C++ Developer to join our team in Trieste. You’ll work on building high-performance Windows desktop applications focused on image and video processing for digital forensics, collaborating closely with QA and international product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Add new features to our products' codebase (Windows-based desktop applications) and contribute to the development of new products.
  • Operate at every layer of the application, from the graphical interface down to the algorithmic core.
  • Correct bugs and improve existing features in the products.
  • Contribute to improving code quality and documentation, and add new automated tests to our test suite.
  • Drive and deliver large refactors of legacy C++ systems to reduce complexity, eliminate brittle code paths, and enable faster feature development..

 

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technologies, or related fields.
  • At least 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Advanced proficiency in C++, preferably for desktop applications.

GENERAL PROFILE We are seeking a highly organized Sales Back Office & Administrative Assistant to join our US Operations team. This role is primarily focused on managing the end-to-end sales administrative process and coordinating the logistical success of our industry events. You will act as a key operational link between our US customers, the sales team, and our Italian HQ, ensuring that quotes, orders, and trade show preparations are handled with precision and professional excellence.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales administrative process, including preparing quotes, sales contracts, and processing purchase orders
  • Organize logistics for trade shows, workshops, and business travel, including travel bookings, shipping coordination, and requesting Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
  • Compile and coordinate details, personnel, and attendees for events and training sessions in a shared back office system.
  • Communicate with potential and existing customers regarding billing, administrative documentation, and bureaucratic procedures (especially for public sector clients)
  • Prepare and execute purchase orders (POs) and coordinate with Italian HQ to resolve any discrepancies in invoices or licenses
