Defective Product – Cracked Jar Base

I ordered a mixer grinder from Amazon, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The product I received was damaged, and even the box was in poor condition. It looked like the item had been mishandled or possibly used before delivery.
I immediately requested a refund, but the process was not handled properly. I did not receive the full refund amount, and some money was deducted without any clear explanation. This feels completely unfair.
I expected much better service from a trusted platform like Amazon. There is a serious need to improve both product quality checks and the refund process. After this experience, I will think twice before placing another order.
The mixer grinder jar has a visible crack at the base (as shown in the image). This is a serious quality issue and unsafe to use.
A new product should not have such defects. It clearly indicates poor quality control.
Very disappointed with the product.
