If you have a smaller dog that loves tossing their ball around by themselves, THIS ball is a must!!

Some years ago, a friend gifted one of our dogs with a ball very similar to this one.

Our dog had endless fun playing by herself, tossing the ball all over the house. Like most balls, somehow it up and disappeared, never to be found again. We searched our house practically tearing it apart, as our dog was mighty upset over her missing ball.

I've spent 3 going on 4 years searching for a similar ball.

And FINALLY, I found these ones! I was grinning from ear to ear while purchasing it, knowing how happy our dog was going to be, lol..

When it arrived, I literally couldn't wait to see my dog react. I opened the envelope and placed it on the floor for her. As soon as she seen the fuzzy faux fur inside of the envelope, she went bonkers with joy!! She nabbed it and off she went to toss it everywhere. For whatever reason, she also gets a kick out of hitting me in the head while she's shaking it.😆

These balls are FANTASTIC full stop! Dogs can grab onto the long faux fur and whip the ball around on their own. Especially if you have a dog that enjoys playing on their own. But even if you don't, most dogs are going to love it!

Of course we also play fetch with it. As this particular dog of ours needs to loose some weight, we play fetch using the many stairs in our home. She'll run upto the landing and I'll toss the ball up to her. Eventually she'll either toss it back down to me, or she'll toss and chase it down our stairs, then repeat until she's tired herself out. Typically a mixture of both. Therefore also being a fantastic tool to aid in weight loss.

This ball also has an excellent quality squeaker inside. This said, our dog doesn't use the squeaker as often as most dogs are prone to do, as it doesn't fully fit into her tiny mouth. To squeak it, she mostly paws and or stomps on it with both her front paws. She's more interested in the texture and the faux fur. But there are times that she'll find a way to get part of her mouth around the ball for squeaking.

For what it is worth, it's super cute.

The faux fur is excellent quality! No shedding, nice and soft, excellent faux fur length and long lasting.

To maintain the ball, on occasion I'll brush and re-fluff up the fur. I also wash it in our dishwasher, let it air dry, then give it a quick brush and re-fluff.

I believe I bought the smallest size option, as we have two 5-7lb Chi's.

☆☆ I wouldn't recommend this style of ball for outdoor use. It's going to collect and or get dirty within minutes.

EXCELLENT value for money in so many ways! Not only are these worth every penny, but I CAN NOT recommend these highly enough!! Now, for larger medium, to large sized dogs, I don't recommend this particular ball. It isn't going to last beyond one playtime unless you have a dog that is more gentle with their toys.

My high recommendation is for small to smaller medium sized dogs only, as well as for indoor use only.

I have one very, VERY happy little girl!🐕

I'll definitely be ordering more as backups because there'll be NO appeasing our dog when this one eventually disappears.

UPDATE 02-02-2025

This ball including the squeaker, is still going strong. Our dog isn't easy on, or gentle with any of her toys. If anything, she's extra, EXTRA hard on them.

The seams are still nice and tight. As for the faux fur, it's as thick and fluffy as the day I received it. It's weathered being washed and without any discoloration.

I still stand by my orginal review and high recommendation for smaller dogs only. In fact I am extremely impressed by the overall longevity. Especially that the faux fur isn't matted and / or almost completely gone as was the case for the orginal gifted ball before it got lost. As a side note, our dog has lost the full two pounds that our vet wanted, by using our stairs for playtime as mentioned. WIN!!🥳

I've also started storing all of our dogs toys including this ball, in a beautiful hybrid chaise lounge style dog bed with storage, that I purchased fairly recently. Which has been very beneficial for this balls longevity vs it laying around somewhere in the house.

Totally shocked by how well this toy is holding up. I purchased it for my Labradoodle’s sixth birthday. She loves it! We also got a younger dog in the meantime and we’re worried that he would rip up her birthday present. So far this thing seems indestructible. They have been playing tug-of-war chewing on it, tossing it around, etc.. I definitely recommend this toy for any dog. Definitely worth the buy and a great gift for her birthday.

I bought this as a replacement for my rabbit's favorite ball. It took him a bit to warm up to his old ball, but he's taken to this new fuzzy one much faster. It's a fairly solid stuffed ball with a bit of weight to it, not something that is easily squished flat. Seems to be well made and durable, soft fluffy fuzz. Very bright and a decent price for what you're getting. It would be nice if it rolled a bit easier, but I'm sure that will come in time. I can't get the squeaky to work, but it's not an issue as I don't think my rabbit really cares about that aspect.

These fuzzy balls are my dog’s favourite toy. They do have a squeaker in them. They’re really well made and stand for a lot of doggie abuse. They’re not totally indestructible- but do put up a really good fight! So worth the money and I always have an extra one on hand for when they decide to go Terminator 3 on them. Totally recommend!

I have a very large dog who is often indifferent to toys, but that might be because they are on the smaller side for him. This goDog large FurBallz seemed large but also I thought the rainbow colours looked fun. And he loves it. And he hasn’t torn through it and it has handled being carried about in a mouth with big teeth. He has played with it for a few days and it is still in one piece with no holes and only looks a slobbered on. We’ll see I guess but so far I am happy.

Overall I like this toy. The dog picks it out to play with more often than others. The colors are bright. It's big and fluffy. The only fault I have is the squeeker stopped working. I assume this is more the dog's fault than the toy. The toy rolls around, the dog gets mad and bites the toy. Despite it's thickness the plastic squeek part popped.

This lasted 15mins with my terrier - I don't need a replacement, I need a refund.

My dog absolutely loves this ball, and she has not even tore it apart, and she has had it for 7 months now! First toy she runs for and greets people with!

I got these for my mum and brother's dogs last Christmas.

They both loved it! His GSD-cross shredded it in under an hour, but loved doing it.

My mum's greyhound is still playing with hers nearly a year later. It has been sewn up a few times to repair holes. It's not super tough, but for a less aggressive playing dog it's good enough.

Soft and fluffy, to give that feel of chewing a real animal, and the squeak for the realistic kill moment - doggie heaven! With some effort of the front teeth, the fur can be stripped slowly, so it doubles as rainbow dental floss.

The squeaker moves around inside; the greyhound is clever enough to wriggle it to the edge, grab it and chomp on it. But it's not like those rubber toys that go off constantly and loudly if you even look at it. There might be peace, at least some of the time.

Because it's round, you can kick it like a ball, which gets them excited, as they love to chase after it then carry on playing until they get bored. Giving you some peace for a while.

I've bought many dog toys for my family over the years, I think this is probably the best.

It would be better if it was stronger, but let's face it - if it's made of indestructible materials, then it wouldn't be any fun to play with, would it?

My 2 year old Old English Sheepdog loves this big donut ball. She has several of the extra large fur balls from this company and they are her favorite. She always has one of these in her mouth. They are like her comfort blanket . For some reason she carries one of these big fur balls around with her everywhere. I like the hole in the middle because it makes it easier for me to play with her with it. Tug of war is her favorite game. If you have a big puppy or dog these are great for them. They hold up to the washing machine on sanitize cycle so they are made to last. The color doesn’t fade or rub off on your furniture either. Good quality.
