There are not many companies with such dedicated customer service and I appreciate that! I hope the new one has better suction, I have to say the others with 5 star reviews do not seem to be having issues with it like I was. Easy to recommend purchasing from a company that takes care of you! Original Review: Mapping was excellent. Instructions easy enought to follow. Setup was easy, app worked well. Mop worked ok, not great. But, the vacuum itself has very poor suction. It seems to pick up medium size debris but when attempting to clean coffee grounds or dirt off the floor it leaves a lot behind. Battery Life was good and overall the robot seemed to follow commands as it should. I am returning product because while it does a lot of things well, it doesn't perform its primary function. Attached is a video and a before and after picture of coffee grounds when the robot was running on Turbo mode.

    This is worst robo vacuum, does not hold for even 2 years. It doesn't work right, its all adhoc. Now its completely broken after 18 months, it keeps on complaining about obstacles or cliff even if there is none.

    I own a husky and am dealing with a lot of pet hair all of the time. I bought this with the hopes that if I could run it once a day I wouldn’t have to vacuum every single day when I get home from work. I didn’t even care about the mop feature. When I got it I realized that this was an awesome little vacuum and gets up 99% of the pet hair and it also mops really well especially around the dog dish and water bowl. This morning I went for a walk while this swept and mopped all of my hard floors. It has 3 levels of suction and is programmable. This makes dealing with pet hair so easy! Best money I’ve ever spent!

    Only worked for a couple months and won’t connect to the WiFi I’ve tried everything tech support said and still no luck. There goes 500$$ out the window

    The company did reach out and offered a resolution of replacing the defective device. This is great where we thought we were had nothing to show for our purchase but now the company will fix that. I'll post final results when the replacement is received.

    I bought in April 2024. At first I thought it was great on the carpet. Did not really pick up well on the hard wood just moving dirt around. I realized recently the machine had not asked me to replace the bag. And hair gets wrapped around the brush and have to clean after each use. I used my regular vacumn this weekend and it picked up so much that I had to empty the tank three times during the cleaning. With that said the bag on this robo machine is small enough that it would be full if it was picking up all that. So unfortunately I don't think it's doing it's job. I have only tried the mop feature on time when I first got the machine and was not impressed so have never used that again. I would not recommend this product because it really does not seem to be doing a good cleaning.

    This is my 3rd robot vacuum and by far the best. I’ve had two roombas before and this one does so much better, it rarely gets stuck, (Roomba frequently got stuck under cabinets) and the brushes don’t clog up with pet hair the way the roomba does. The first time it runs, it creates a map of your floor, and you can divide into rooms to set it to only mop certain areas and vacuum all areas. Self emptying is a huge plus. After 3 weeks, I give it 5 out of 5

    I bought this vacuum because of the feedback, but after buying this, two weeks later the water tank started to leak, I contacted the company, they immediately sent me a new tank, now three months later, it’s leaking again! This thing will ruin a hardwood floor if it sits on it with water running out! Trust me I know! I have no idea where to buy a new tank! Because they don’t answer emails! You would think something that cost this much money wouldn’t have so many issues! No I wouldn’t buy this again!
