    Was soll ich sagen, ich war erst skeptisch und nicht von den Messern für diesen Preis überzeugt.

    Ich wurde eines besseren belehrt.

    Die Messer sind wirklich saumäßig Scharf, auch jetzt nach mehrmaligen benutzen zum ausnehmen und filetieren meiner Fische darunter lachsforellen und Stör, bin ich nach wie vor von den Messern überzeugt. Sie sind scharf wie am ersten Tag und liegen sehr gut in der Hand selbst wenn sie nass sind. Ich habe immer die passende Größe zur Hand um alle anfallenden Aufgaben beim fisch ausnehmen zu meistern. Die dazugehörige Tasche ist auch super zum Transport oder lagern der Messer geeignet.

    Also wer ein wirklich tolles Messer Set haben möchte ohne gleich mehrere hundert Euro ausgeben zu müssen ist hier richtig.
