Christmas 2012

Some of the very few Christmas cards I managed to make this year while working full time. The first one is my favourite and I enjoyed adding the bead and sequin selection. Hot Paws also featured on the card made for my parents. These cards also featured recycled items from other cards.

Cautiva

A modified version of Daisy Chain for this necklace. I used seed beads in hues of green and pink and also Pink Swarovski Crystals, purple crystals and beading thread.

Fuego Sorrento

My first go at free form Peyote turned into a bracelet. I used different hues of red and sizes of seed beads and some glass beads. I also beaded the toggle clasp.

Gold Wave

I made this long necklaces using a mixture of glass beads and millefiori-style beads, gold plated chain and findings, a gold heat locket and metal beads.

A Piacere

I made this bracelets as samples for a workshop at Kings Hall last November. I used gold plated chain, glass  crackle beads, glass beads, cats eye and gold plated findings.

I made this bracelet using assorted seed beads and rocailles in hues of pink, green and purple. I also used pink and purple crystals, glass crackle beads and Nymo thread.

I made this card using a Forever Friends stamp, watercolour pencils, white, gold, deep red and cream card stock, K & Co papers, stamped sentiment, free enhanced flower embellishment, ribbon, a button, wire and seed beads to create the "S" shape accents which I sew to the card.

Winter Glam

I made these pretty earrings using a mixture of gorgeous beads ranging from crystal donuts, glass pearls, metal charms, sparky Millefiori beads, gold-plated findings and chain . Each dangling bead was embellished with wire wrapping technique to add more texture and definition to these earrings. They're perfect for everyday wear or special occasions.
