REFLECTION ~ CRITTERS
REFLECTION: Critters are a gift ~
Grateful for them all. ~ Birds in winter are a real focal point here. Especially since we have been in the ‘deep freeze’ for several days. More snow is reportedly coming this weekend along with the very cold weather.
Birds have ravished the feeders and need to fill them frequently. Don’t mind but the grackles are piggies. Enjoy the doves and the little birds ~ Doves are great with the little birds too. Not the grackles!
What critters have you seen lately ?

I always feel bad for the critters that are out in any weather (by choice or otherwise). We’ve had a huge surge in visitors to our feeders and I’ve resorted to dumping out a big pile of seed near the basement door (since I can’t walk over the ice to reach the feeder). Hopefully we’re at least helping some who need a bite to eat! It’s the other critters – stray cats and dogs and humans as well who do not have ANY shelter that I worry most about.
Hugs, Pam

Hello Carol,
I do love feeding the birds, those grackles and starlings can be piggies. Cute photo of the Dove and I always love seeing your sweet Ziggy! Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a great weekend. -
Such a pretty little dove! Hi sweet ZIggy!
-
…I love the sound that the dove makes!

REFLECTION ~ SKY ~
Sky ~ Cape Ann MA ~
Still digging out from major storm on Cape Ann MA.
It sure looks pretty from inside cozy house but it is not fun when you have to go out shovel because it is just too much.
Have someone to do most of it but it took 2 days for most everyone to remove snow

It is a beautiful view, but way too cold for me. The cold front came down to central Florida and I’m freezing!
-
BRRRR…we can almost feel the cold.
-
Stay warm inside.
We got our snow a day or two ahead of you and the sun has come out and melted all the snow in the street.

Two very beautiful skies!

The only place to watch such a scene is from the fireplace through the window.
-
…cold and frigid, but beautiful.
-
Snow is pretty, but a pain too. :) XO
-
Snow wasn’t as much of a problem as the thick layer of ice on top – we had to wait three days to find someone who could help us remove all of that…..now we can get down our driveway and go to the grocery store – finally! Thankful for the kindness shown us…..hopeful for no more ice storms! Stay cozy.

We would love a good snowstorm like that. Glad Ziggy had his deck shoveled so he can go our and be in some snow but not too much. Mom loves shoveling, it is a good way to be out in the snow and get some exercise as an adult. She only uses the snowblower if it is the super heavy wet stuff.
-
He wants to explore.
-
Wow…that is a whole lot of snow! We are glad you are safe and warm!

Ziggy OMDs you have a winter wonderland on your deck….I’m thankful mom is feeling better

Being happy ~ Ziggy is happy each moment. Right now, he is glad to be cozy and warm inside during the wild snow storm. Mom is happy she was able to climb out the window to shovel away the drift across the door. Now I can go out and do my thing. Did you get snow ?

So many great quotes come from Einstein but this one you cited is one of the best: “Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.”

That first photo has such impressive clouds
-
…I like the hole in the clouds.
-
That’s such an interesting sky with the clouds!
-
Stay warm. We are supposed to have very cold weather and maybe a lot of snow. (Any snow is a lot of snow here in Oklahoma.)
-
40° is still cold, anyway to me. LOL Lovely photo. Have a very nice evening.
-
Blue skies are rare these days.

We have gray skies and will have plenty of cold rain this weekend. I do like the cloud circle you captured.

Gosh, do you get to see the northern lights ever?

Like it.

We love the picture and the saying of Einstein. He was such a wise man🌞Double Pawkisses for a Happy Weekend to you and sweet doggie Ziggy too🐾😽💞

Albert Einstein was wise in ways other than physics. I like winter skies with blue in them. For us, we may go below zero tonight. Snow forecasts of possibly a foot. Back to the grey skies. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
