In this podcast episode, recorded on a whim (the best podcast episodes are recorded without any planning imo), Sarah talks about some of the recent Astro-weather (hellooooooo Mercury retrograde in Taurus) and how it’s impacting her chart.

She then pivots into sharing a very poignant message that has been coming through: “NO ONE IS GOING TO SAVE YOU.” She discusses mental health, having a very mellow baseline suicidal ideation (and wanting to normalize this because shame and stigma die when tough things are talked about in the open!!!!!), addiction, and detoxing on all levels - mind body and soul. We can speak to all of the therapists/healers/gurus/shamans - but they can’t save us. We can only save ourselves from ourselves.
