One more month into the races and it is still as fun as ever!!! We raced at Sandy Downs and Jerome. We had 2 WINS. Kr Montana Version (owner Alvin Crosschild) and Personal Mission (owners Reggie Anger & Jose Rizo). Kellies Chick qualified for the Jerome Derby and ran 6th in the Derby. Personal Mission qualified for the Jerome Futurity and ran 5th. In Sandy Downs Knud Forever took 3rd and so did Eyesa Little Fancy. Hoot N Annie took 2nd in her race in Jerome.
We have shipped some of the barn up to Boise, Idaho to race at Les Bois. We are very excited about that. We will be heading to Rocksprings, WY and Elko, NV soon. We are also making tentative plans for Turf Paradise. Turf has the Championship and Juvenile Challenge races along with some $6000 stakes races that are a lot of fun. We want to wish luck to Knud Forever who is heading out to Prairie Meadows!!! Cr Leading La Jolla and KR Montana Version both shipped back to Canada for their respective futurities as well. May Recap!!!
The race season just keeps getting better. We spent the month of May racing in Pocatello, Idaho and one race in Utah. Due to the rain and some low entry days we had less race days than usual, but we still made the most of the days we ran.
Overall we had 12 starts with 3 wins, 1 second, and 3 thirds. Kellies Chick (owner Maurice Wilcox) WON her trial and qualified into the Maiden Frolic, Personal Mission (owners Jose Rizo and Reggie Anger) WON his trial and qualified into the Rocky Mountain Futurity, and Knud Forever (owner Gordon Knudsen) WON her race.
Wild Bill Cole (owner Alvin Cross Child) took 2nd in his race. Knud Forever (owner Gordon Knudsen), Havanna Bound (owner Mel Mower) and Dashs Kool (owner Brittney Anger) took 3rd in their races. Dashs Kool dead heated for 3rd in the Pocatello Derby. Unfortunately due to the rain the Maiden Frolic and the Rocky Mountain Futurity were cancelled.
This month we are looking forward to the Challenge Races in Idaho Falls and a futurity and derby in Jerome as well as other great races.

POCATELLO, May 21st!!!
We had a Maiden race yesterday in Pocatello for Kr Montana Version. He ran fourth. He lugged out, but hopefully once we get him straightened out he will improve!!!
Dashs Kool had the Pocatello Derby finals were he dead heated for 3rd place. For those of you who are not horse racers, dead heating means two horses crossed the finish line at the same time, tieing in essence. We were happy with his run because he finally ran like the horse he was last year.
Here is hoping to another good race weekend next Sunday. We have the Rocky Mountain Futurity and Maiden Frolic!!!

POCATELLO!!! May 14th & 15th!!!
A big weekend in Pocatello!!! It was the trials for the Maiden Frolic and the trials for the Rocky Mountain Futurity!!!
Saturday was the trials for the Maiden Frolic. Eyesa Little Fancy was 5th in her trial. Kellies Chick WON her trial, congrats to owner Maurice Wilcox!!! Kellies Chick also qualified into the Maiden Frolic!!!

South Jordan, Utah!!!
April 30th we raced Hoot N Annie in the Beehive Trials in South Jordan, Utah!!! Hoot N Annie took 4th place, but did not qualify!!! Better luck next time!!!
Second Weekend in EMMETT!!!
It was the Emmett Futurity and Emmett Derby!!! We also had an allowance race that Shannas Last Nerve took 2nd place in!!!
Personal Mission WON the Emmett Futurity!!! Congrats to owners, Jose Rizo and Reggie Anger on the win!!!
