We stayed in this small hut for the night........ It is simple and nice, but NOT for the price offeredRM110/ night...... real killer!!
And we did a little local restaurant surveying........ the food in small towns always bring a delight to the taste bud. We found a local freshwater fish Chinese restaurant in Sauk town.....We ordered a featherback fish belly with ginger & soya bean sauce, stewed terrapin in herbs......
We even tried the Steam Frogs and Steam "Tapah" fish head on our way back........ The food here was so good yet cheap.
Well, time to rest....... After some beer Dennis fell fast asleep......... and the ground trembled soon after.

Seaching around the big lake....... we tried the top water lure in the morning but no sign of biting......

The beauty of Chenderoh Lake.......
I spotted a frenzy at the corner of the lagoon, immediately I casted out with my spoon..... a tiny one took it, it turned out to be a Peacock fry. What?!! What is it doing here in this lake? After I heard the story from the boatman that someone had released it into the lake some time ago...... OOooh! What a shock. What is going to happen to the habitat of this oldest lake in the country?
Finally, Dennis hooked a Sebarau on his fly rod.......

Here we go, it takes 4 hours to reach our destination near Sg. Tan Hain estuary by this mother-boat......

He even showed me a branded rubber sleeved wire from Japan, which sounds like my name....He He He!
My first catch, pretty small... huh?!
There is no worry for food onboard, Steve, the owner of the boat always make sure we are filled to the brim..... 
You name it, he got it...... Nasi Lemak, Bah Kuk Teh, etc........ 
I even landed this 3kg+ Toman with my light tackle using 10lb line..... Yeah!
They love Norio Tanabe's brand of NORIES laydown minnow.
