Saturday we drove down to Washington DC for a stake temple trip.  Our ward had a neat primary activity planned so that the parents could attend the temple together.  Kolya had just gotten back from Germany Thursday night and left again Sunday afternoon for St. Louis, so  I was happy that we had the whole day Saturday together.  I find that long car rides are the best times to talk.  

 So, Sunday (Mother's Day) finding myself alone with the kids and anxious to get out of the house ( I had stayed home from church with Annika who had pink eye) I decided to go for a walk at one of my favorite parks.  The kids still have a problem with me calling it a park because it has no playground.  Perfect for a Sunday walk.  This time I even remembered to bring crackers to feed the ducks (and geese).

 The challenge was trying to throw them to avoid the greedy geese and make it to the timid ducklings.

 Ariel has been a big help lately.  I can't believe how fast she is growing.

Easter 2012

The day before Easter we went to the Lehigh Valley Zoo and had a good time.

 After the zoo we had an Easter egg hunt in our front year because I was afraid it was going to rain on Sunday.  It turned out to be really windy, so I didn't get many good shots anyway.

 Everyone looks a little tired because they just woke up from a nap.

 I thought Dallin was adorable when he was crying about me wanting to take one more picture.

 Sisters much?  When I was going through these pictures it shocked me how similar these two look.  I usually think of Alice looking just like Annika, but both Adriana and Alice have a Stephenson look about them with the bunny ears on.

 On Sunday after church we went with our good friends to one of our favorite places for pictures, Lockridge Park by where we used to live in Alburtis.  Here is Dallin with one of his best buds.

 We went to a Dr. Seuss celebration and the kids got these cool hats.

Kinda like these ones that Ariel and Adriana got at a similar celebration back in 2004 when Dr. Seuss turned 100.

Alice and I flew out to Wisconsin for Mom and Dad's mission farewell.  Here is a picture of the whole crew after church.

Alice had so much fun with all her cousins.  She kept exclaiming, "My cousins!"  And was just delighted with them.
