Dallin says "Elephant"

We had a great time celebrating Dallin's birthday. Svetlana and Emily and Jacob came and totally spoiled him. I don't think he could have opened all his presents without all his sisters' help, and they were more than happy to oblige.

Identity Crises

The other day Annika crawled on my lap and gave me a hug, and I said, "Are you my sugar plum fairy?"
"No."
"Are you my princess?"
"No."
"Are you my daughter?"
"No."
"Are you my little girl?"
"No."
"Are you my Annika?"
"Yes."

Then today while we were pulling weeds in the flower garden she said, "Dallin's a baby, and I'm Annika and you are a mommy and Papa is Nikolay." That had me laughing.

Everyone is posing with their blankets from Grandma Bell. They were a big hit and everyone put them right on their beds.

Grandma Svetlana is really good at spoiling the kids, especially on their birthdays, she brought Ariel this huge number seven balloon and a bouquet of flowers. I can't believe Ariel is already seven.
