It has been a long time since I blogged.

It has been a long time. Kaitlin loved show choir and they did well. She also has violin lessons.


Carmen was in a High Ability Learner program.  She loved that and orchestra and gymnastics.

Summer fun 2012

It was a busy and full summer. These are some pictures from our visit from my sister. I didn't get hardly any pictures of the family reunion I was in charge of because....I was too busy. Frustrating. If you have pictures of this summer with us in them, will you send them? Please?

During Spring Break

During Spring break we went to Iowa and saw the Desoto Wildlife Exhibit. It was great, including the artifacts from the sunken Steamboat. Pictures will follow, but we had a great time and would go back....except that we found out that a group of kids had a contest and would be able to go out the next day with Rangers....IF the government hadn't of had battles over the budget and closed down. They won't get to go now. The stupid government battled affect normal people and little kids. That frustrates me.

Summer Ends

Kaitlin is loving school this year and I am so happy and relieved. I know it is just the beginning of the year but I have great hopes for this year for her.

Carmen had a rough beginning but likes school now. It is still long for her but she's adjusting.
