Booking

1. Submit your booking at least 2 working days before your intended play date.

2. Each person may reserve up to 2 hours per booking, with a maximum of 4 bookings per month. 

3. Bookings can be made up to 1 month in advance from the date of booking.

4. Check availability at https://arpc.sg/sports

5. Submit your booking using this form and wait for the email confirmation, which will include set-up instructions.


Playable Areas

1. Rooms 10–14 


Playing

1. Care for equipment and keep strictly to your booking time.

2. Collect the net from the church office before your session.

3. If you require bats and balls, indicate this in the booking form.

 •    Collect them 10 minutes at the Church Office before your session.

 •    Return the equipment with the net promptly after use.

4. Restore the table to its original position after playing.

5. Report any damage (with photos) before you begin your session.

6. Keep volume low—nearby rooms may be in use.


Indemnity

By submitting this booking forward, you agree and acknowledge the following:

a) You and your group of players are aware of the possible risks involved in connection with using the sporting facilities provided

b) You and your group of players shall not hold ARPC, its leaders and staff, responsible or in any way liable for your personal injury, death, and/or any other consequential misfortune/accident/loss/damage/costs/expenses whatsoever arising from any cause in connection with using the sporting facilities provided
