Questions before you buy

How does the 14-day free trial work?

You choose a plan and enter card details to start the trial. You get full access to that plan’s features. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing is charged upfront and reflects two months free versus paying monthly for a year. Plan changes follow the rules shown in your billing settings at launch.

Who owns my data?

Your account does. ArrowConnect is a processor under GDPR; you control export, deletion, and retention subject to the product’s deletion flows.

Is ArrowConnect suitable if I need Twilio calling?

Calling is planned for later phases and Pro-tier plans and above. The public roadmap on this page is updated as each capability goes live.

Do you support UK VAT on quotes and invoices?

Yes — multi-rate VAT, line-level tax selection, and clear net / tax / gross breakdown on PDFs are part of the invoicing roadmap.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the paid period, then the account is suspended. Data is retained for a defined grace window before permanent deletion, with email reminders.

Is there a discount code or referral programme?

Super-admin discount codes (Stripe-backed) and referral credit towards subscription invoices are specified for the production billing system.

Where is hosting and support based?

The product is designed for UK service businesses, hosted on UK-friendly infrastructure (20i StackCP per the build specification), with support via in-app chat at launch.
