The Mental Health Commission’s invites you to visit our booth next week (2/11) to get resources on emotional warning signs, crisis prevention, and awareness. Learn how to care for yourself & your community in difficult times by contributing to our poster board activity (with the chance to get a fidget after participation, available on a first-come, first serve basis)
We wish you the best luck this quarter! 🦋

🎬 The Speakers Commission under ASUCI’s Office of the Student Services Vice President is BEYOND honored and excited to announce our first ZotTalks of the year… featuring VICTORIA JUSTICE! 🎤🌟
As a household name, Victoria Justice is a multitalented singer and actress, best known for her iconic role in the hit series Victorious, as well as Zoey 101, Suits LA, & A Perfect Pairing! She’ll be sharing behind-the-scenes stories from her acting journey, insights into her music career, and how she’s navigated life in the spotlight over the years ⚡️
📍Join us for ZO(TORI)OUS on Thursday, February 12th, from 6-7 PM in the Pacific Ballrooms!!
🎟️ All attendees will have a chance to win a FREE AUTOGRAPHED POSTER signed by VICTORIA! 🎉
🛍️ The first 450 students will receive FREE ZotTalks merch, including an exclusive tote bag and stickers! ✨
⭐ RSVPs will open in two waves, with 125 spots per wave. The first wave opens Tuesday, February 3rd, and the second opens Wednesday, February 4th, both at 6:00 PM. RSVPs will close once capacity is reached on ZotSpot. The RSVP link will also be sent in a campuswide email! 🔗📩
⭐ Admission is FREE and open to UCI undergraduate students only. A student ID is REQUIRED. There will also be a STANDBY line on the day of the event for those who couldn’t RSVP in time. We highly recommend the standby line, as in past years, students have almost always gotten in on a first-come, first-served basis! 🙌
⭐ Dress to the theme! We’ll be hosting the “Freak The Freak Out” Fashion Fest inspired by her roles over the years 👗 Please be sure to review the guidelines, as masks and weapons/props are not permitted. The better your costume, the better your spot could be — keep it respectful and appropriate 💖
🗣️You won’t want to miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to hear Victoria speak in-person here at UCI! We hope to see you there for ZO(TORI)OUS‼️

Senate Updates
The Senate is the Legislative Branch of ASUCI, a representative body composed of elected and appointed students from each academic school. The Senate is responsible for approving the ASUCI budget for the fiscal year, approving or rejecting any legislation that is brought to them, approving or rejecting recommendations for amending the governing documents of ASUCI (such as the ASUCI Constitution), and more. The members are also responsible for meeting with the Dean of their respective schools at least once per quarter and hosting weekly office hours to address any concerns their constituents may have.
Make your voice heard! The Senate meets regularly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:00pm. All Senate meetings are open, and students are strongly encouraged to attend. Meetings are held in Balboa Island B, on the fourth floor of the Student Center, or over Zoom.
To attend a Senate meeting virtually, access the Zoom link here.
