Big moments don’t happen in a vacuum 🏡💡 They’re built in the community, one person at a time 🤝 Huge congratulations to Aussie Werribee's Rianne Pablo on being nominated for Innovator of the Year (First Home Buyer Specialist) at Broker Daily’s Broker Innovation Awards. But what hit the most wasn’t the “innovation.” It was how she framed the job. “My role as a mortgage broker, is to make the feeling of home a reality, and to make sure my community know they don’t have to go through that journey alone” That’s the work. Not just rates. Not just paperwork. Real people making a life decision… and having someone in their corner. It’s also a reminder for anyone thinking about becoming a broker: If you’re the kind of person who shows up for others… You can build a career where that’s the whole point. Congrats again, Rianne P.. And good luck at the awards 👏 If you’ve ever wondered what broking could look like when it’s truly people-first, this is it. #MortgageBroker #FirstHomeBuyer #AussieBrokers Adam King Jarrod Brearley Brooke Periam

Big news for Aussie’s retail network 💜💛 We’ve appointed industry leader Dino Pacella as General Manager, Retail — a newly created role built to fuel the next phase of growth across our national retail network. Dino brings 20+ years across banking, broking, business development and network leadership. Most recently, he led the third-party commercial referral business at Marketplace Finance (Simplicity Loans & Advisory Group). Many in the industry will also know him as the founder of National Finance Brokers Day. This role will focus on lifting store performance, driving network growth, boosting broker productivity, strengthening partnerships across the broader network, and shaping the next chapter of Aussie retail. “There’s a strong sense of momentum around Aussie right now. It’s an iconic brand with an incredible footprint, but what stood out to me was the ambition to keep evolving, improving and strengthening the network,” he said. This is about backing franchisees harder, building capability across the network, and creating the kind of environment where great brokers can do their best work, and keep levelling up. Big ambitions. Bigger support. Let’s go. Brad Cramb Aaron Hockey

83% of brokers plan to actively drive refinance opportunities from existing clients. 📈🏡 But 80% are feeling significant admin pressure. 🧑💻⏳ That’s the retention gap in one snapshot. So we built Rate Radar in the Aussie app to close it. Because most broker retention still runs on the same old operating system: Diary reminders and loan anniversaries... 6-month review. 12-month check-in. A “let’s see how you’re going” call. Clients don’t become ready on a schedule. And refinance windows don’t wait politely. So the work piles up: Missed calls. Manual reviews. Follow-ups that land too early or too late. And the client quietly drifts. Rate Radar flips the model. Instead of you chasing the calendar, your client’s loan is monitored 24/7. They connect their loan. Set the savings threshold that matters to them. Then Rate Radar watches for the moment it makes sense to act. No diary calls. No guesswork. No “hope I caught you at the right time”. This is especially powerful for the clients you can’t help today: 💰 Rate is already competitive 🏠 Equity isn’t there yet 🧾 Refi doesn’t stack up right now Historically, they get parked. And you cross your fingers for a future follow-up. Now they stay connected inside the Aussie app. And the opportunity gets surfaced when the ingredients are actually there. Retention is becoming a scale game. Rate Radar is the kind of tech that makes it playable. Would you rather do 200 diary calls… or have your pipeline tap you on the shoulder when it’s time? #MortgageBroker #ClientRetention #BrokerTech

From retail sales manager to Aussie franchisee in just 3 years 💜🏡 At Aussie, we believe ambition deserves a pathway. Dean Cokis’ journey is proof of that. Less than three years ago, Dean (on the left of the photo) stepped into Aussie Woodvale as part of Chris Gamble’s (on the right of the photo) growing business. This year, he joined Chris as a franchisee. When Chris took ownership of the Woodvale store in late 2022, he set a bold vision for growth. Since then, the business has scaled into a Signature Store and become one of WA’s strongest examples of our Find. Buy. Own. proposition in action. Dean has been instrumental in that momentum. As one of the network’s stronger-performing brokers, he built his own reputation for consistent results while helping lift the entire store. Now, the next chapter begins. Together, Chris and Dean are preparing to open a second store, transitioning Woodvale into a true multi-site model.... more on that soon 👀 For now, the focus is clear: 🤝 Expand broker capacity and deepen referral partnerships   📍 Strengthen local marketing and community presence   🏡 Prepare the second site as a platform for long-term, sustainable growth  This is exactly what Aussie's Amplify proposition is designed to support. It arms ambitious brokers to move from performance to ownership, and from single-store success to scalable business leadership. Dean, congratulations on the step up. We’re proud to back you as you help build the next phase of growth in WA. If you’re in the area, drop into Aussie Woodvale and see the momentum firsthand. #AussieBrokers #FranchiseLeadership #FindBuyOwn  Nick Walsh Cameron Ross James Strong

Big news for Mildura. 🏘️ Please join us in congratulating Sara Edwards. 🎉 Sara has officially acquired Aussie Mildura. And she’s stepping into the franchisee role for the next chapter of the business. For the past five years, Sara’s been a key part of the Mildura team. She’s helped shape the store’s succession planning as this opportunity came into view. That matters, because the strongest transitions keep local knowledge in the driver’s seat. Sara brings a deep understanding of the business, strong community connections, and a clear motivation to grow and scale Aussie Mildura. It's why we can't wait for what's next at Aussie Mildura and the community it serves. On behalf of the broader team, congratulations Sara. If you’re in the area over the coming weeks, drop in and say hello to the team in Mildura. 👋 #AussieBrokers #FranchiseLeadership #MortgageBroker Adam King Jarrod Brearley Camille Meerten Brooke Periam

Aussie Corio has a new chapter underway 🏡 Please join us in congratulating William Adams on becoming franchisee at Aussie Corio 🎉 Will has been with the Corio business for close to two years, building a strong understanding of the Aussie model under the support of previous ownership. Over that time, he’s become the main broker in-store, earned strong credibility, and shown a clear commitment to stepping into ownership when the right opportunity came up. This transition is an important step in Corio’s evolution. With Will focused on maximising operating leverage through admin support, the business is well placed to scale broker capacity over time, with an ambition to build towards an enterprise-scale loan book. And we're confident Will is the person to turn that ambition into reality! Congrats again, Will! Can't wait for what's next at Aussie Corio! #MortgageBroker #AussieBrokers #FranchiseLeadership Adam King Jarrod Brearley Camille Meerten Brooke Periam

Big milestone on the Gold Coast 💜💛 Please join us in congratulating Jackie Laverty on the acquisition of Aussie Benowa as part of the next step in her growing multi-site business. Jackie has been steadily building a broader footprint across Queensland, and Benowa is a powerful next step. Why it matters: 🏡 An established store in a proven local market 📍 A highly visible location in Benowa Gardens Shopping Centre 🤝 A stronger platform to extend presence across the region As part of the transition, Peter Williams is stepping back from being franchisee and moving into a store broker role alongside existing broker Johannes Kaese — and we’re excited to see this proven team execute on its growth plan. The focus from here is clear: ✅ Smoothly embed the transition and integrate Benowa into the broader operating rhythm. ✅ Build local momentum and strengthen customer + referral pathways. ✅ Use the scale of a multi-site network to create more consistency, capacity and growth. Jackie, congrats on this exciting next chapter! We can't wait to see what you do next! #AussieBrokers #FranchiseLeadership #QueenslandBusiness Charlton Nevis Chad Skelton Ashley Mejia

From scaling a broker team from 15 to 300+ at Lendi… to doubling revenue as an Aussie franchisee in just two years 💼📈 Justin Kinsey saw the potential in Aussie Surry Hills and backed himself to grow it. Since taking over the business, revenue has increased by 100%. That's been driven by strong systems, the right people, and a clear growth mindset. By embracing Aussie’s evolving Find. Buy. Own. model early, Justin added new revenue streams through in-store conveyancing and buyer’s agent services. It helped the business scale faster and deliver a better customer experience. That momentum led to expansion into a second store in Bondi Junction alongside business partner William Christmas. Two stores. One shared vision: To build a high-performing, people-led business backed by the Aussie brand, technology, and support ecosystem in one of Sydney's most exclusive markets. We can't wait to see what's next! Full story by Franchise Business in the comments 👇 #MortgageBroker #BusinessGrowth #AussieBroker Karen Sorrenti Costa Cominos Mark Simpson

First time in. First nomination. Big moment for Aussie. 🎉🏡 We’ve been recognised in Australia’s premier franchising awards: the Franchise Industry Awards, run by the Franchise Council of Australia. And here’s the part that matters for anyone watching our network closely. This is the first time Aussie has entered. So to be nominated as Franchisor of the Year on debut is a real milestone for our brand, and for the businesses being built across our network. And there’s individual recognition too. Danny Blair has been nominated for Franchisee of the Year for Multi-Unit Services Businesses. Belinda Woodley and Matthew Rose have been nominated for Franchisee of the Year for Single Unit Services Businesses. These nominations place Aussie alongside some of the country’s most recognised franchise brands, across multiple industries. For prospective brokers and future franchisees, awards like this aren’t about a trophy. They’re a signal. That the proposition is strong, and that the brand credibility is real in the market. It's also a signal that the businesses inside the network are being recognised for how they operate, grow, and serve customers. To everyone involved in this achievement, congratulations. Proud moment for the whole network. And another sign of the momentum we’re building together. #MortgageBroker #Franchising #AussieBrokers
